Entrevista del testigo

Yevdokiya R.: " I heard that Germans brought Jews in the village. I heard they wanted to sampled their bllod. I was scared to go outside. A ghetto was created to gather the Jews. After a while, these Jews were shot". (Witness N°528, interviewed in December, 2010)

Nota histórica

Lyubymivka is a small village situated between the cities of Dnipropetrovsk and Krivyi Rih.  The village was under German occupation between 1941 and 1943.

Holocausto por balas en cifras

In Luybymivka, Jews coming from the region were imprisoned in former pigsties. They were forced to perform various kinds of hard labor. Jews were frequently shot in grain pits. The last action took place in autumn 1942. Hundreds of Jews were killed.
